This 1st flush from the Castleton Estate, in the Kurseong South valley which altitude ranges between 2,600 to 6,000 feet above sea level. It has a light golden liquor with fruity and floral notes.

Delicate whole rosebuds create a fresh, fragrant infusion. Brew lightly to get the best flavour from this flower.

Blood orange infusion

A herbal tea that’s caffeine free and made from dried flowers that are native to South East Asia. It has been used for centuries across Thailand and Vietnam as both a drink and a dye.

Brew with hot or warm water (approx. 2 – 3 grams per pot) for at least five minutes to produce a vibrant blue liquor, which turns a vivid purple colour with the addition of lemon juice.

A very unusual semi-oxidised tea, Formosan Milk Oolong is known for its creamy, buttery aroma, which is why it is often compared to milk, despite being dairy free!

B.O.P. denotes a larger leaf than the fannings normally used in tea bags and this allows the full flavour and character of the tea to shine through. Naturally sweet, with a vibrant red liquor, rooibos is a herbal infusion originally enjoyed in South Africa and now popular all over the world. Our vanilla rooibos with real bourbon vanilla pieces brings an extra dimension of flavour to this low tannin, caffeine-free drink.

The finest quality white tea is blended with pomegranate and rose petals. Very delicate and subtle, the natural mild astringency of the white tea is balanced with sweetness and floral notes.

Blackcurrant flavour tea

The finest leaves lightly steamed and then gently infused with the scent of Jasmine. A lemony liquor and light fragrant flavour.

One of China’s finest teas. The leaf is “hand-rolled” and the liquor is extremely light with a dry, almost nutty flavour.

An orthodox Assam from the Tezpore and Gogra Estate. Good tip, with a full bodied strength and characteristic malty flavour.
