If there is not going to be anyone at the delivery address between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it. If we do attempt to deliver to you, and no one is in, our couriers would have emailed or texted you about how to re-arrange or collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse and will be refunded less the cost of delivery charges.
