New House Blend - 29/09/25

50% Burundi Rama Ngozi Natural

50% Peru Cosecha de Mujer FW

For our Autumn/Winter 25 House Blend we’ve switched our focus onto the role of women in coffee farming, sourcing our coffees from two cooperatives run exclusively by women. From Burundi we have an amazing natural Red Bourbon grown by Rama Dufatanemunda, an organisation pioneering women’s empowerment in what is a traditionally patriarchal society. On the other side of the planet, Cosecha de Mujer Prosperidad de Chirinos in Peru are growing a fully washed blend of eight varietals that is just as delicious. This cooperative was established to promote gender equality and foster leadership skills in women. These two fabulous coffees together create a blend that has beautifully balanced acidity and a deep, fruity character.

Cupping Notes: apricot, Citrus, Dark chocolate, brown sugar.

Espresso recipe: 19g in, 38ml out, 26-28 seconds
