This 1st flush from the Castleton Estate, in the Kurseong South valley which altitude ranges between 2,600 to 6,000 feet above sea level. It has a light golden liquor with fruity and floral notes.

Delicate whole rosebuds create a fresh, fragrant infusion. Brew lightly to get the best flavour from this flower.

Blood orange infusion

A herbal tea that’s caffeine free and made from dried flowers that are native to South East Asia. It has been used for centuries across Thailand and Vietnam as both a drink and a dye.

Brew with hot or warm water (approx. 2 – 3 grams per pot) for at least five minutes to produce a vibrant blue liquor, which turns a vivid purple colour with the addition of lemon juice.

A very unusual semi-oxidised tea, Formosan Milk Oolong is known for its creamy, buttery aroma, which is why it is often compared to milk, despite being dairy free!

B.O.P. denotes a larger leaf than the fannings normally used in tea bags and this allows the full flavour and character of the tea to shine through. Delicious at any time of the day, not just the morning!

A fine example of a famous blend. Prime China black tea, delicately scented with oil of bergamot and blended with pure cornflowers. Delightfully aromatic and full of citrus flavour, it has a bright and clear liquor.
